DistanceWeb just completed an updated version of a flyer for the Longmont Tigers Baseball Club. The Tigers are a youth competitive baseball team who operates on funding from player families and community sponsorship. The flyer serves both to provide information to prospective sponsors and as a registration form. The information introduces the Tigers baseball team and talks about how critical sponsorship is for their operation.
Another nice thing about this piece is that it is designed for print, but works great distributed from a website as a PDF file.
The Tigers are not an official non-profit – but for all intents and purposes they are. Youth sports play a significant role in developing talent, skills and character in our children. DistanceWeb is pleased to work with clients such as the Tigers for this reason – it’s nice to know we’re helping an organization hat does good for kids!

DistanceWeb has developed a blog-based website fo the Longmont Tigers, a local youth competitive baseball club.
With the website, the Tigers can keep their parents, families, team sponsors, and the local communitiy up to date on the teams progress and success through the season.
The site is based upon Wordpress – using template modified from Balance of Blue
by Brandon Cox. Basing the site upon Word Press allows for ease of updating the information by the client. They can post news stories, edit player profiles and update other information with ease.

During the 2007 and 2008 school year, DistanceWeb worked with the PTO and Staff of Hygiene Elementary to renovate their existing website.
Working as an external vendor was a bit challenging – as we had no direct access to the web servers hosting the site. That said, we accomplished a lot with this project for Hygiene Elementary:
- Updated look and feel – incorporating the current school colors, tagline, and updated photos of the school
- PHP driven site pages, allowing for universal menu includes for easier site navigation management
- Use of external tools – including Google Maps and Google Calendar
- Clean CSS usage and PHP HTML templates allowing for easy maintenance by school staff
This was a fun project and we really enjoyed working with the folks at Hygiene Elementary!

DistanceWeb developed the initial 1.0 website for MCCT – the Musical Comedians of Comedy Tour. Three talented entertainers joined together to form an amazing vocal, music and comedy act – and needed a website to help promote their efforts.
DistanceWeb worked with MCCT to develop a logo and a website template to help them showcase their group.

DistanceWeb has worked with Ron Feingold for years – Ron is an amazing talent – offering a one-of-a-kind comedy and a cappella entertainment experience. This was a site re-design, the aesthetics of which were largely based off of some existing promotional materials Ron provided.
The color palate and use of promotional photos was intended to tie into the existing print materials so that no additional expense would be needed for updating them based on the sie.
Ron is not only a hilarious comedian, but a great persone who is extremely talented vocally and musically. The website offers his CD’s for sale – and you can listen to clips of tracks before you buy. DistanceWeb developed this email invitation for Kevin Joseph of Event Savant. Developing HTML for use in email can be a bit tricky – different email applications render HTML differently, and generally speaking is more restrictive than web browsers.
